The platform runs on Oracle Cloud in Frankfurt (EU); a data-processing agreement (DPA) with Oracle is in place. Your account data is processed exclusively on our own server. No customer data is ever sent to AI models — the forum analysis is rule-based on our own machine and only reads public posts, never personal data. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own GDPR safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).

Cancel anytime in your account via the Stripe portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Service begins immediately on payment — by consenting to immediate start you waive the 14-day EU right of withdrawal for the period already used. Payments are handled by Stripe; we store no card data. No hidden costs, no pre-selected add-ons.
